My 1869 historic house was overdue for an exterior paint job, and some of the wooden clapboard siding had deteriorated. Stephen's crews did an excellent job in both repairing and painting my house (and one wall of my barn)! They did everything right: they replaced the rotten clapboards and trim and thoroughly scraped the rest of the siding, then primed and painted. Steve's crew did a wonderful, meticulous jod on my house. They were as meticulous cleaning up afterwards as well. They helped out with little tweaks on the job for me as well. Highly recommended!
We have used Niklaus several times. Their work has been exceptional every time. Leo painted our hallway and stairs and he just did a beautiful job. Stephen responds always in a timely manner and is so easy to work with . Great company, workmanship and crew!
Excellent work by a courteous crew, but even more importantly, excellent communication throughout the entire process by the owner of the company, Stephen Themelis. A detailed quote, detailed discussions of the progress throughout the job, and a thorough explanation of the carpentry work completed. Extremely satisfied.
