Horrible experience with Nikko Dermatology. Never again using this place. My daughter experience was horrible. After the first visit no meds where ever sent to the pharmacy. She called like couple times to see what seems to be the issue and instead of being helped to fix the issue she ended up scheduling another appointment, so 2 times paying for one visit. After the second appointment miraculously the prescription was sent to the local HEB pharmacy but unfortunately the medicine was not covered by the insurance (not blaming... read more
Took 2 minutes to tell us nothing was wrong with our son about a year ago. No testing no second thought, said it was dry skin. It was a fungal infection that I let progress because I thought it was just dry skin. It was Tinea Versicolor and it is going away now finally with fungal meds. Would not ever use this doctor again.
Horrible I tried making an appt and even informed them I have an issue and I have tried to fix it with insurance but for some reason emit you run it it will show up as a percentage but mine is a copay. He tells me okay well I can set up an appt but can’t guarantee they will call your ins so I said okay then how can I know because I don’t want to come in and talk charge me what is incorrect. Very nice staff and pleasant experience for a first time of trying Botox for my headaches. They made it very relaxing and explained everything to me that I wanted to know, no matter how many questions I had.
