Today, June 27, we happened to drive by Nikkitas Empanadas completely by chance, and we are so glad we stopped. The food was absolutely spectacular—without a doubt the best Colombian food I’ve had in many years. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa Bowl, and my husband had the Bistec a Caballo. Wow wow wow all I can say is that. Their food is so amazing. Me and my family went for lunch and it was so delicious. So much flavor and amazing taste. One of the best Latino food I’ve ever had. Had the pleasure to come across such an amazing food truck. Ordered the mini paisa bowl and oh wow it was absolutely delicious. My husband is colombian and he approved jijiji. The red beans are so delicious and so flavorful we are so happy with this plate only $14 but it was a generous amount of food. Totally recommend.
