Worst customer service ever! They say they are coming and then they just don't show up! They don't communicate about when they are coming and don't return phone calls. My husband recently went in to purchase something and when I called to ask when Vicky was coming to finish the job she said my husband was rude, swearing etc., My son was with him and said this did totally not happen. Nikkis pools is amazing ! Friendly staff that will always point you in the right direction when it comes to your pool needs. Plus they usually have great stock on parts.
I had a terrible install experience. I hired Nikki’s to install a safety cover; I have a paver patio system which, now I know, requires extended anchor pins to secure the patio stones. I was advised that the pins were not required and I would not have an issue…well, year after year I have issues with my patio that I now deal with. DO NOT USE their services, they clearly don’t know what they are doing nor take any accountability…I tried but they refused.
Thanks you Cathy, Peter and Vicky for putting up with me and getting my pool going. So glad that there is some honest people in this business. I look forward to the pool school with Vicky. Highly recommend
