This company is completely unreliable and shows no respect for its clients. They missed two scheduled appointments without any notice or explanation. Each time we called the store, we were met with a rude, unpleasant, and angry staff member who claimed she wasn’t responsible for the schedule and couldn’t tell us anything. Despite the missed appointments, they continued to reschedule — and we waited over a month. Warning: do not use Nikki’s Pools unless you want to follow poor advice, waste your money, and then be told it’s your fault. We have had poor water quality and chemical issues since they opened the pool, and have been unable to use it. We went to them, bought recommended products, and followed their advice based on water samples to fix the issue.
