Nikki's Cuisine: A Delicious Taste of Belize in Brooklyn! We used Nikki's Cuisine to cater a portion of our babyshower event recently, and I cannot recommend her food highly enough! Ordered coconut tart and lemon tart. I was not disappointed they were a hit. Everyone loved them, everything just melted in your mouth. I will definitely be ordering again. I'm glad I found this business.
