The Butter Rum Cakes are delicious.
Its so hard finding AUTHENTIC Belizean food in NYC & I'm so glad I found this business!!! Very professional from beginning to end and her Belizean milk cake and meat pies were PERFECT I will definitely be ordering again soon!
Nikki's Cuisine delivers on quality and taste! I had the pineapple pepper jelly, and for a girl who does not eat a lot of spicy food, that jelly was the perfect addition to my plate. Also her cake jars were decadent, moist and delicious!! I had her chocolate cake and I gifted my sister the Belizean caramel cake jar... and... YUMMY!!! We were not disappointed the least bit! Can't wait to order again!!
I ordered a gluten free and dairy free cake for my daughters birthday and it was delicious. The cake was so moist and was a big hit. Will definitely order again!
