I was in the waiting room and overheard the owner speaking on the phone to someone about a service. Then when she got off the phone, turned to me and others and started talking negatively about how “stupid” they were for calling this salon wondering if they offered that service, “like look on the website” she stated. Very entitled and rude. Will not step foot in this building again.
Snarky orange hair girl was rude and not professional at all. Not going back.
Highly recommended Heidi Janzen she did really well with my frizzy wavy hair . She will give you the best service ☺️
This is my favourite salon to visit! I enjoy the bright, luxurious ambiance when I walk in, and the massage chairs are a nice extra treat while I get my feet pampered :)
