She's been my PCP for a few years now, her and her staff do a pretty decent job, the communication could be better.
I have been going to Dr Waddell for 20+ years and have always appreciated the time taken with me, the way I can get an appointment quickly, and the ease in getting information.
Edit 12/08: Changing to 1 star instead of 2. I called today to ask for a vaccine record. Got the usual runaround, had to wait for them to call me back etc. She pulls it up and asks where to fax it to. I tell her I don't have a fax machine and ask her to e-mail it. "No, we don't do e-mails." A doctor's office that doesn't "do" e-mails??? E-MAILS? Anyway, this was 4:50 and they close at 5:30, so I asked her if I could come pick it up in 20 minutes. She said yes. Have been a patient of Dr Waddell for several years… she is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality… the care she has provided has always been attentive and well explained.
