I really like Dr. Rai!! She's make you feel so comfortable & confident in knowing you can trust her in her care. I admire her honesty & candidness.
Dr. Rai is a very good doctor. However, I do have a problem with the front desk at this office. It is impossible to get in touch with someone via phone when it comes to questions about appointments. No one ever answers the phones or calls back when I leave a voicemail. This is perhaps more of an issue with healthcare in general when it comes to companies like Hudson Eye who are owned by a larger consortium of health care providers and corporate entities.
