A year ago, I swore I would never come back here because while the nail tech was cleaning up my nails and clipping them, she cut my literally fingertip off. (I have nerve damage in three fingers and can't feel anything in) There was blood everywhere. She wasn't even careful about trying to contain it and clean it up properly, just spreading it around and smearing it everywhere with a tissue, and STILL had the balls to try to charge me for the manicure that I wound up not even finishing!
