I've only seen her once and thought she was great. I had to schedule a second appointment for the same issue but ended up missing that appointment. It was a one time occurrence but she refused to work with me after that. I never got appointment reminders or anything from them or anything in regards to their policies. I would say this doctor and office are super unprofessional!

Dr. Nikki Neubauer and her team are a blessing! I immediately felt the care and compassion from her and her team from day one. Dr. Neubauer and her team were also very patient with all of my questions and I’m sure that I asked the same question more than once. I love how they would constantly ask if I had more questions; demonstrating how attentive they were to my needs. They moved fast with assisting me with all pre-operation testing as well as paperwork needed for my place of employment. Thank you Dr. Neubauer and team !
