Very disappointing experience with customer service. I had an appointment at 4 PM yesterday, but was called in the morning to reschedule for 3 PM due to unforeseen circumstances. I informed the lady, Maria, that I had a doctor's appointment but would try to make it if possible. After my doctor's appointment, I wasn't feeling well and since my original appointment was canceled and I hadn't confirmed the new time, I thought it best to call later to reschedule. I may have moved out of DFW but now I make sure to schedule an appointment when I am flying through to see Ashley. 🩷
Danielle brought life back to my hair! I was so nervous due to bad experiences with previous salons in DFW but I left smiling for the amazing work she had done. I recommend anyone to her. Definitely coming back for all my hair needs!
