Not necessarily in C/S. In price and it seems that every other month or so, I get a slight price increase --- for no reason. We don't drive that much. And we are not going to have our driving analyzed and evaluated. Sorry, been down that road. And we got a raise because we didn't log enough hours. Not just over priced... I would give 0 stars if I could. We received a flyer in the mail w a Pic and our address on, wo our permission ,w a reasonable quote of 484 upon calling we we're quoted over 3000. Over 4x more than any other quote. This is ridiculous and absurd. Bait and switch and false advertising. I will be contacting the BBB. AND. YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMISSION TO SEND FLYERS W OUR ADDRESS AND HOME PIC ON! EVER AGAIN!! U SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. RUN RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!
I've never experienced such great customer service with any insurance company. This team of agents is the best! My questions are always answered in a timely manner the longest after a text message is sent has been an hour tips 😱 that's unheard of. Cristian has been with me every step of the way since I started my policy with them!! Thank you all so much- oh yeah also the BEST rate I've ever had!
Was a good agency when Roger Bentley ran it. But now - it's taken a nosedive! Called and spoke to people at the office 3 times, for help with a Windshield Claim, that the useless Safelite people who manage all Allstates windshield claims, have now held up approval for exactly 1 month. While I drive around with a shattered windshield illegally. Have had great interactions with All-State, I unfortunately was hit by another car on my first week with the company but the claim was so easy to do online, I was able to get everything taken care of in less then two weeks! (car repaired and everything) the price point is definitely within my budget too. Very happy with the service
