Negar is resourceful and flexible and those are the qualities we were looking for to purchase a home in a weird COVID impacted market. Prices have inflated upwards of 20% since start of COVID and still, Negar with her resourcefulness and help from the brokers she works with, was able to get us the house of our dreams, and We are very grateful.

Negar helped me to buy my first dream house when I didn’t even believe in myself that I would be able to buy a house. She made impossible possible patiently. She showed about 40 houses to me while most of the agents limit themselves to 5 or max 10 houses. She did all the paperwork on time and answered all my questions patiently. Even though my budget was tight she pushed me not to give up and find a house that i like. I highly recommend her.
