Went beyond my expectations . I had to sell my parent's house to help pay the costs of memory care. The house had been neglected for several years and Nikki went the extra mile to find and schedule the contractors needed to bring it up to buyers' expectations. She also took care of the complications when the prison selling is PoA for one owner and Legal Guardian for the other. I'm very pleased with the services she provided and I couldn't have done it on my own.
