Great visit learned some things from her that I had not thought about!!
Miss Nikki listened to my complaints. She was thoughtful yet quick to order the appropriate tests. I think she's absolutely what patient need, gets to the point and persistent on patienys following ttheir trgreatest! Ikki is great at looking for other reasons than just the usual diagnoses also. Her nurse called promptly a few days when the tests were in and made an referral appt for further nedical tests.
I appreciate that Nikki starts at the simplest solution to my concerns and if needed continues upward. Her staff and everyone I interact with in the building are polite and proficient.
Nikki was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for seeing me while my doctor was out on vacation. Excellent customer care!
