Very unhappy . My daughter went to her and got a chemical burn on her scalp. I reached out and no response. Finally when she did respond she just tried to put the blame on my daughter like literally you are the one that put the bleach on her hair and burned her scalp. She refuses to give us our money back on a job she did not complete. very unprofessional and drinks on the job . The pictures don’t do justice, but it wouldn’t let me upload the video. Currently on antibiotics it’s that bad.
