I cannot recommend Nikki Elouise Bakery highly enough! They created a beautiful red velvet cake and carrot cake cupcakes for a graduation party and were exactly as I ordered, ready right on time and far exceeded my expectations in both design and taste. These delicious treats personalized our celebration and made it truly special. This is not my first order with them, and it definitely will not be my last! This is my ‘go to’ bakery when I want excellence, quality, reliability, and amazing service.
As I took my first bite into the red velvet cupcake, I was incredibly amazed!! The texture was amazing! It was moist and I absolutely enjoyed every bite. I will be ordering very soon. I just tried the carrot cake cupcake and I loved it! Everything seem perfect about it. The walnuts, the raisins, and the frosting!!! Everyone should try these cupcakes. Thank you Nikki Elouise!!
