I have been taking the regression therapy with Nikita for a few months now. Nikita is very patient to explain all the questions I have. She also guided me through the hard time outside of the appointment times. She is the one I feel reliable and easy to share my feelings because I know she is thoughtful and she knows how to help me heal my soul.

I first found Nikita in 2022 after many years of bouncing from therapist to therapist. I felt as though something was "missing" with traditional talk therapy but couldn't quite put my finger on it. Im so happy to have found Nikita! Ive been working with her for the past few years, and the IST specifically has been so transformative in ways that talk and more traditional therapies could not have been. IST has helped me get to the root of multiple different challenges that had been recurring in my life in a way that I was finally able to hold, release, and move on from.
