I saw Dr. Machado today for my thyroid. She was amazing she was the first Doctor to take her time and explain everything to me. She was patient let me ask questions this is the first time in a very long time that I have left a doctors office feeling confident that I had someone who truly cared and that I 100 percent trust. The whole office staff was friendly. Thank you very much!!!
I jst recently had a thyroid surgery and from start to finish I received great details about my procedure many doctors rush through but she made me feel comfortable and her and her team did a wonderful job making sure your patients understood fully is always the goal definitely would recommend great person and doctor who actually cares..
She’s the absolute best! I had a really poor experience somewhere else and was referred to Dr. Machado from my endocrinologist. She was very thorough and attentive to my possible surgical complications and made me feel at ease immediately. My surgery went well and it so nice to get results immediately from labs, etc…
