I was dying to try this place but ended up being so disappointed when booking an appointment with them. I checked their website and their timings - on Saturday they were open until 6, and had multiple appointment times available. I booked a cut for 3pm, and received a confirmation email. On my way there, they sent me another email saying my appointment was cancelled. It was a lovely experience. I got what I asked for. Hannah was really patient listened to all my needs and did accordingly to what I wanted. Happy with the results. It was my first time. First experience was really great!
