Nate handled my divorce very well. He negotiated a deal to save my retirement and he was also able to settle my case without going to court, which was important to me and my kids. Very easy to contact, always prompt, nice staff, and explains things very clearly. Fees were reasonable, I knew divorce was expensive. I would highly recommend.
He has the courts on his side in Bedford! The judge didn't even let me talk. After Nikirk got done the judge had already decided to emancipate my daughter before even listening to my side. I don't really blame Nikirk, he was doing his job, but my daughter lied the entire time she was in court and the Judge bought it!
He handled my Felony OWI in 2 days. Got it down to an A misdomeanor and time served. I agree he's expensive, but he gets things done fast. Worth it!
Nathan Nikirk did my divorce. My ex-wife is an alcoholic and cheated on me and she thought she was going to get my son. Nathan got my son for me and she has to pay me child support. He is expensive, but worth every penny. If you have to get a divorce he will fight til the end for you. He charged me about $3,500, but he let me make payments and he understood while I was trying to get the money. He works very a very respected attorney who represents the city police force. My friend is a city cop and he sent me to Nathan.
Mr. Nikirk did my divorce. He helped me through the process with professional advice and he made sure my interest were protected. My ex-husband got very nasty during the process and Nathan made sure I was safe and had a secure place to live. He also went the extra mile to make sure my 3 young kids were taken care of and kept in the dark during the process.
