The doctors I have dealt with from Riverside have been more than adequate. Be aware that their billing system is very user-unfriendly. They use this 877 number to process payments and after waiting on hold 20 minutes, I was told by "Dennis" that I had to be transferred to another area for Riverside billing. This other area does not have a separate phone number so I waited another 20 minutes before I got "James" who took my payment.
