Does not listen, cuts you off in the middle of talking and walks out before you have a chance to ask any questions. Very unprofessional. If I could give a zero I would. Staff is great but Dr Fernandez is not.
Doctor wouldn’t allow my friend to accompany her father who has dementia, into the room to update them on the changes in his behavior. Absolutely unacceptable.
I am giving 2 stars because the nurse that took care of me deserves some recognition ( I would give her 5 stars) but as for Dr. Fernandez I cannot say the same. My consultation must of been around 40 minutes, and 35 of those minutes were taken by him talking about himself, the surgery he had, the gym in his house, and everything in between. I was able to squeeze in 5 minutes to tell him about my concerns and he addressed them very quickly and jumped right back into talking about himself. If you have someone you truly love and care about do not send them to this doctor. He’s rude, his listening skills are terrible he honestly should just retire. Because this type of legacy as a care giver is one to be ashamed of, there’s enough places in the world that make us feel small and unheard the doctor office should never be one of them.
