Appointment was for 1:45 which I always arrive at lease 15 minutes early to do paperwork. I was not given paperwork and one hour later I finally get put in room. I sat there for another 25 minutes until I had to open door to see what was the problem. Needless to say the doctor arrives in room and doesn't have any paperwork on me because they didn't give it to me out front. I finish the appointment and as I am checking out now they want me to fill out a huge new patient packet. Hopefully my next appointment doesn't disappoint... read more
