You office staff is very unhelpful and willing to do what should be their job. Getting new patients records or following up on getting them. This should not take a week with no response and the office manager Tina has lots of excuses why this was not done. Will not be coming there as a new patient, as she stated it’s only a routine colonoscopy so no rush on scheduling!!!!!!!
I had seen dr Bhargava in Nov and he was informative, a great bedside manor I felt he was very caring my husband and I were leaving on vacation and here I had gallbladder problem He not only took care of setting up the surgery Dr B called while we were on vaca to check on how I was feeling and called to let me know he set everything up for surgery
