A few years ago I had a colonoscopy from Dr. Banarjee. I am now just recovering from the costs of this procedure that his team neglected to tell me would never be covered for someone my age. Ridiculous. Leaving this review to warn everyone!!!!! Go somewhere else for your GI needs. Still suffering from my symptoms to this day because I can’t afford treatment.
Dr. Banerjee rushed my treatment. He brought a person who was never introduced into a vulnerable procedure and I felt very uncomfortable with this. When I encountered life threatening issues after the procedure, he was unresponsive. The nurse asked me to sign up for their portal even when I was bleeding out in the ER. Then, when I tried to follow up, he only wanted to schedule another unnecessary procedure and did not talk to me at all. My care was terrible overall and I would highly recommend finding another doctor.
Absolutely wonderful experience I cannot say enough positive with things about it. The nurses are nice the environment is very clean the front end ladies that check you in are very polite and nice and Dr Banerjee, is awesome.
The office was so professional from beginning to end. This was run like a well oiled machine and everyone I came in contact with was very helpful. Dr Banerjee was great and had wonderful bedside manner.
