Dr. Neal is compassionate and very knowledgeable! I know my children are in great hands with her.
she was really nice when we started taking my son there as a newborn. then over time she started being lowkey rude when we would ask her why certain things would happen with our son as first time parents it was disappointing and when we would ask for a call back she would be very cold and like it was a bother. if i was unsure and just ask for clarification she would say “like i said before” or “again”. why not have some compassion and patience for first time parents. before she left the palmetto bay office didn’t even tell u... read more
