This is one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve had with a fitness business—especially one operating under the Nike name. Nike Training Studio has been closed for almost three weeks after members were told it would only be a three-day closure. Since then, there has been complete silence. No emails. No updates. Hate to have to leave this review because I love the trainers here, but management is just atrocious. Not even sure who the current managers are tbh, because they got rid of all the front desk staff out of nowhere last month and the only employees I’ve seen there since have been the trainers. No one to talk to about questions/concerns - there isn’t even a phone number to call anymore, just some generic email address (and good luck getting a response). HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service/studio. I've been trying to cancel my membership since October 14th. 7 days signing up for a membership. They continue to charge my card. I have sent countless emails/ have left voicemail's/ contacted other studios and have still not heard back from the WeHo studio however they continue to try to charge my card. SMH don't sign up here its not worth the hassle. You're better off going to another training studio with better service to their clients.
I’ve had a membership for 6 months now so I can leave a solid review. I have the All Access Pass which is $200 a month (it might be more for you but I canceled & they offered me a cheaper rate, I recommend doing that.) There’s nothing they have here that puts them above other studios besides the Nike name. They offer 5 or 6 classes a day Monday - Friday & 2 or 3 on Saturday & Sunday.
