Excellent customer service!! The staff members were super friendly, patient, and took the time to help me find the right size. They went out of their way to check what was available. Big thanks to Harrison for being especially helpful. Everyone was approachable and happy to help. Definitely one of the better retail experiences I've had :)
Picked up some Nike Air Force 1 ’07s today — the staff were really helpful and friendly.
Im giving you guys 4 stars because I went into your store on a Sun to buy sneakers and the service was shockingly slow. So I popped back into the store Monday and was served by a young lad Sri, he deserves 5 stars as he was brilliant, very helpful and I left a happy customer.
Really welcoming atmosphere and a very good selection of products, compared to other Nike stores. The staff all are so nice, but specifically the Harrison who assisted me was extremely polite and easy to talk to. We had a good chat, he helped me pick out the item I needed, and I will definitely be visiting again. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE…Harrison is someone to learn from and take as an example. Thanks for the duffel bag!!
