Just been to the Nike store in Brighton. Exceptional customer service from Jack. He went to a huge amount of trouble to find exactly what I wanted.
I walked in to the Brighton store and was immediately greeted by a lovely man named Jack, who went above and beyond to help me. Couldn't recommend him and the store more.

A SOLE Changing Experience :). Been coming here since this store originally opened. It's "Nike" but it's got a local Brighton feel and doesn't feel like walking into a gigantic megamegamart of Nikedom....not that that's a bad thing. Been served an an array or great people (Aidan, Jack, 'Fendi' :) and JULIA!). Julia is the Bees Knees. Epic service, very groovy, and happy to help in any way possible even super quick ordering in a product because they were out of the size. Always rather go in here rather than order online.
