I had a phenomenal experience today with saima
I was new to the city and needed a great pair of shoes. Jay had me sorted. He spent an hour and a half helping me pick the right shoe and also taught me so much about shoe care: for suede, leather etc. If you're in the same position, seek him out, he's got you covered.
Absolutely appalling customer service. I purchased a pair of Nike Mecton 7 shoes a week ago. I slipped and fell in the gym wearing these shoes causing neck and back injuries. I did a google search after my fall only to find out many customers found these shoes slippery. I went to return them today and was offered an exchange. I accepted the exchange and was very specific that I needed a training shoe with a lot of grip. I was sold a running shoe and not a trainer!!
