Underwhelming floral arrangement. Paid $100, and the arrangement was really disappointing and no match to anything I requested. Followed up twice via email - and they didn't even bother to respond. I never post negative reviews, but the service was so poor I felt compelled to.
Ordered last minute and needed something truly unique and special, they went above and beyond my expectations - the flowers we absolutely stunning and my friend was so happy when she received them. Thank you!
Wonderful customer service, there was a bit of a delay on my parcel due to COVID however, Nicole was really responsive and did more than she needed to to get it to me. Their products are beautiful. Thanks Nicole.

How could I ever thank Nikki & Nicole for the dreamlike flowers they created & installed for our wedding. Our brief was 'colourful,' and from there we let go and trusted them with the rest...we had a few meetings, a site visit, and they were among the first to arrive for bump in... The flowers were absolutely beyond anything we could have imagined, and we are just infinitely grateful for their time, their generous hearts and their talented hands.
