Amazing staff! Most of my time at Nikao was spent with Elliot. He helped me rehab my neck and lower back from a nasty car accident. I wasn’t sure if I would ever be back to how I was before the car accident but with Elliot’s help I am back in the gym breaking PR’s and feeling like myself again. Thank you so much Nikao team! Ps.
