Menu selection was extremely limited (no vegetarian entrees or sushi options), service was slow and pushy, prices were outrageous and not remotely worth the meal. We were hotel guests and will return to property but will dine offsite.
I’ve experienced many sushi restaurants and Nikai’s sushi ranks right up there with some some of the best. Nice selection, quality ingredients and fresh. I don’t normally go to sushi restaurants for the ambience but the atmosphere was very pleasant and stood out.

Food is good, the service is horrible, waiters do not pay attention, waited 40 minutes and over a hour for an appetizer.
The food was awesome, service was attentive, and the views were unreal! Also, the spicy edamame was the best I’ve ever had.
