My experience was not positive. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt left in the dark about important developments. There was a lack of clarity and follow-through, which made an already difficult situation even more stressful. I expected better organization and client care. Based on how things were handled, I would not recommend this firm.

The lady that runs this firm is so really plain rude. I tried to get assistance with my case and I was brushed off by her and her staff in a way that made me so upset. In my culture we are taught to treat everyone with the same respect and decency.
