My husband and I joined this gym after just moving to the area and couldn't be happier with our decision. The coaches are amazing and everyone in the gym is so welcoming. The coaches listen to how you are feeling and your prior injuries and work with you to modify your workout and they actually care. Would definitely recommend!
I have been a member for 3 weeks now, and I haven't regretted it for one minute. The coaches are great! Friendly, approachable, and always professional. The facility is clean, but hot! I feel so much better physically and fringe benefit, mind clearer, and more positive. So if you're thinking about it, don't just do it.

Outstanding local box. The coaches and staff strive daily to ensure each client is appreciated and respected. Definitely recommend group classes, private/semi-private training, & nutrition coaching.
