Stay away. Nik was rude and yelled at me over the phone after a miscommunication error on thier part which I accepted. Tbh I wasnt too fazed as issues do occur and I was happy to wait for another lounge. However Nik made the matter far worse by the way he spoke to me, belittling me and calling me stupid. I have lived on the coast for 40 years and I have never been treated so badly by a service staff. He thinks he can treat people badly cos he owns a furniture shop. We recently purchased a 2- seater electric lounge from N & Jane's. I met Nick, [a keen west's supporter,] what a nice bloke. Anyhow, the lounge is a beauty, we find it very comfortable and easy to clean Thanks N & J. Will. L Erina.
Nik and Ray and Hane are lovely ppl I got the best deal for the bed I was looking for they even gave me 2 new motel quality pillows ,realy worth the look
