Visit their sushi/sashimi section. Lots of great stuff to go.
Reallly good, cheap sushi in the deli. You can also get soba or udon noodles. The sushi rice is great, just buy some ahi tuna and you have a great lunch.
The soda hard candies are awesome, definitely pick some up.
Try the curry pan! Amazing crunch!
Great selection of some of the more exotic rice varieties, like koshihikari.
Whatever you find, it's what's for dinner.
You *can* use this place as a grocery store, but the rest of use use it as a grab and go sushi place. Reasonable prices for restaurant quality!
