I brought my car here to have some scuff marks buffed out and paint touch up in certain areas. I have a pearl white car and the owner was very upfront and honest about how hard it can be to match that color due to layering needing to be done to achieve that color. He kept me updated throughout the process and even pulled a little dent out. Communication was great and price was more than reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.
The service and work at NIHL was excellent. After I brought in my car, I was provided with updates at every step of the way. I received pictures of the cars progress and overall was able to work with Greg around my schedule! The paint and body work is outstanding, my car looks brand new. I highly recommend NIHL for any job on your car, but especially anything related to a paint job. Greg is a master with it and I couldn't be more satisfied!
I have never had such great customer service anywhere! He went above and beyond what I asked him to do. My bumper has repaired with progress pictures the whole way. And he restored my headlights and they look brand new. Highly recommend getting work done here! My car has never looked so beautiful!
Greg was awesome. Came to my home to do my estimate and when work was completed they did more then I could've expected. Truck looks brand new and.
