Awesome products and customer service.
Horrible customer service. Ordered a Jetting Kit only to have the outside and inside boxes arrive crushed. I called and asked for a refund and provided pictures of the damaged packaging and contents. They sent me a free return label but Bob Brewster the owner tells me they are keeping my shipping charges because it is not their fault the box was damaged. So I buy a product, pay for it and insured shipping, Nihilo sends me the product, the post office loses it for a couple days, it finally arrives at my house crushed and dama... read more
