This doctor has left me stuck with horrible pain. My body is no longer mine. It now belongs to the arthritis. She didn't listen to me when my brother said I has sausage toes. That's the first indication of arthritis. She never bothered looking at my feet with a office visit or telehealth visit. I suffer everyday because I can't move. No amount of medication will fix her negligence. I feel for people who will trust her for their care because she doesn't care. We are just a form of a paycheck. DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING. TELLING MY SISTER THAT SHE MIGHT HAVE TERMINAL ILLNESS EVEN BEFORE THE RESULTS CAME BACK. CREATING STRESS AND FEAR BEFORE THE ACTUAL RESULTS ARE THERE TO REVIEW.
Dr Ganti is always caring and takes her time to understand your issues and help you with your pain and issues with Arthritis. The staff and Dr Ganti always get back in a timely manner.
Dr. Ganti is a great physician; however trying to reach a live staff member on the office phone usually NEVER happens; definitely receives a grade of "F" in that office contact availability. If the office is short staff, hire more people.
If you care about your health do not see this doctor. My mother went to this woman for 2 months seeking help for all of her joints being locked up. She might as well told her from the beginning that she didn’t care enough to do her job properly.
