Membership application was denied twice. Once online and once in person because my identity could not be verified. I don't understand how verifying my identity is a problem when I'm right in front of you with documents but hey.... What can you do. Silver Spring location didn't seem to care much about helping resolve the identity issue. Seems like a decent bank to join though if you can.
