I was having issues with scams and fraudulent transactions on my account, no one was able to help me except for the Omni the branch manager at this location. She went above & beyond with resolving my issue and helped me change all my account information so that i wouldnt have this issue again. She even goes out of her way to check up on me to make sure everything is going smoothly and that im no longer having these issues. I am truly greatful for her help
Very inconvenient hours and branches. The co-op credit union near me had trouble "connecting" to NIH FCU so I could not bank there when I went to make a withdrawal. Also, their rates are horrible for loans and their mortgage application process has a lot more red tape than a traditional lender.
It is a hassle to find an atm to deposit money in your account. The coops do not accept deposits, only withdrawals and you have to drive a bit far to find a branch atm and when you arrive, particularly on a Sunday, you have to pay for parking when your parking ticket cannot be validated. This is very overwhelming and inconvenient!!!
