When I first found this store I absolutely loved it. They have the most adorable clothes and Patty and the other staff are amazing, world class customer service. Today I went in to return a pair of jeans that I got my nephew for Christmas that did not fit. I could not find my receipt and can completely understand why they could not return them. Michelle, we apologize you feel this way. We have a 30 day return policy. All returns must have a reciept or at least a price tag on the jean indicating it came from our store. Which in this case, it did not. Sorry that you were offended, all we can do is apologize and hope you try us again sometime. Thanks!
Need to exchange a Circle S sports jacket for a larger size. I planned on returning the coat after I rode my horse. I must of had some mud on my riding boots as I got in trouble with Mr Nigro for getting some mud on his carpet. The sport coat was a gift so I did not have the receipt with me and was questioned several times concerning where I purchased the coat.
