My son had a mole removed before the craziness of COVD in the city and got a nasty infection after. They sent over a prescription and I kept trying to follow up and they never responded to me. Did not tell me how many days to use it what to do if it got worse. This is while my son has an infected removal site. I reached out several times and have yet to get the biopsy results. I had my first appointment with Dr. Nigro yesterday. She was delightful, knowledgeable and I am so glad to have found her. I am trying to reverse the aging process on many levels and am thrilled to hand the dermatological part of my rejuvenation to her and her team. Great location at West Ave. too.
Absolutely terrible service. Dr. Amor refused my husband the treatment he needs because she did not want to deal with insurance twice in 60 days. As such, he will go without care for perhaps 60 days. Will be reported to BBB, TMB, and any dermatology boards these physicians sit on.
I have called to make a cosmetic appointment a couple times within the last couple months. The phone always goes to voicemail and I haven't been called back. It's just as well. Last time I went for an appointment I waited for over an hour. She needs a new office manager.
