Horrible place, you leave for a day all your stuff gets stolen out of your apartment, and they dont even care to do anything about as a concern family member I was completely brushed off and hung up on. Very rude and inconsiderate. No security, this isn't the first time someone has stole right from my loved one apartment. Besides there's no communication between staff and family. Half the time I can't get him on the phone. Most times they says hes not there when he is.
My dad almost died in their care because they didn’t take him to the doctor when he was sick and he ended up on life support and I’ve been trying to advocate for him but they hang up on me and threaten to call police when I go visit him and try to talk to staff about him! They took him to court and control all his money and they are not doing a good job he probably had more support living on the streets than there
