Thank you to the extremely helpful woman at Nightrider. I was accidentally charged twice for a larger purchase.( both mine and the stores fault). Immediately the lady helping me noticed the 2nd transaction and started working on a refund. She called me 20 minutes after to confirm my information and 2 days later to confirm the refund was approved. Never meet such a honest and respectful staff at cherry creek mall.
I got a ring a while back and went in looking to possibly get another one. I haven’t gotten it yet but was greeted with great customer service by Cara and plan on getting the ring soon (hopefully)
Love it here! I’ve acquired a few pieces here and Cara has been an amazing help doing so! She’s helped me pick which stones and where pieces are going on. Overall amazing experience and customer service from her!
