There was a glitch on their website when I wanted to purchase NYE tickets. I got a message that I exceeded the time and kicked me out of their website. Now I see they charged my card and no one from the venue or Nightout response to my refund request.
What a scam!!Never buy tickets from them.
Terrible. This place is a scam. My friends and I ordered under 21 tickets for one of their events, The Cool Off, and decided to change it to only 21+. Everyone expected a full refund, but they only gave us partial refund. When I called, their excuse was "this is the credit card company's service fee and is nonrefundable." Purchase tickets to a hosting event with Bryson tiller. Worst experience, started at 11 it was 2 am and people were still waiting around for the host. They charge extra fee for VIP access but you're in the same line as regular admission and the security was super rude (kicked my girlfriend trying to stop a fight that whicky erupted..
