This company is HORRIBLE. LIARS and THIEVES I ordered a hood on Aug 27th. It was supposed to be ready in 5-6 weeks. Here we are 4 MONTHS later and still no hood. Wont respond to emails, blocked me on Facebook and messenger. Every time I call its some other LIE and EXCUSE of why Its not been shipped. The latest LIE is that its ready to be picked up at their facility in CA but the freight service (Pilot Freight) company said there is nothing to picked up.
