I’m so appreciative and thankful for Nightingale’s Greenville office. They have worked tirelessly to ensure that my medically complex daughter receives the best care from skilled, experienced home care aides. I’m a 67-year-old handicapped male who has been using the service for the last several months let me first of all say I’ve had other services in the past and this service goes out of its way to make sure the client is being serviced, Christina Turner my case manager went out of her way to make sure that all my needs were met and sent me a wonderful woman Named Kim Parnell Brewer . One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Not only are their aides poorly trained, they are for the most part, lazy. The company will lie to you, make promises they do not keep, nor do they put much effort into keeping their word. I am suppose to receive 25 hours per week and did not get them. For the past month, I have received no services on the weekend. My brother was also a client. He was supposed to receive 29 hours per week. Neither one of us has received weekend help.
