I am very pleased with Nightingales! The Greenville office works tirelessly and goes out of their way to make sure my family is well taken care of. The experienced caregivers go above and beyond to take such good care of my family's needs. Leah is most helpful with always keeping me updated. She even works on her days off when we need her. I highly recommend this company if you want to be treated as if you were their family!!

What used to be a great in home aide provider in Upstate South Carolina has gone down the drain. They no longer vet their new employees. They are now hiring just anybody, regardless of lack of qualifications or desire to actually work. They knowingly keep lazy, incompetent aides on the payroll and continue to send them into people’s homes. If you are in Greenville, Spartanburg or Union, do NOT use this company. It no longer provides the quality aides it was once known for.

This place is very unprofessional. The office is full of women workers who come to your house just to gossip about one another. They violate HIPPA laws by disclosing clients’ personal information to other clients!! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had an aide and/or Management disclose personal information to me about other clients- This is VERY unprofessional and unlawful!!! THEY RECENTLY let an aide come to my house WHO HAD AN HIGHLY INFECTIOUS STD!!! She also had other hygiene problems going on that Management knew ab... read more

I’m so appreciative and thankful for Nightingale’s Greenville office. They have worked tirelessly to ensure that my medically complex daughter receives the best care from skilled, experienced home care aides. Leah, the staff coordinator, is always available any time I have a need or concern. It’s evident she loves her job, the company, and the clients she works with. Her dedication is unmatched. I’m a 67-year-old handicapped male who has been using the service for the last several months let me first of all say I’ve had other services in the past and this service goes out of its way to make sure the client is being serviced, Christina Turner my case manager went out of her way to make sure that all my needs were met and sent me a wonderful woman Named Kim Parnell Brewer .
